After John graduated in Engineering, University of Waterloo 1984, he started, built and ran 2 successful companies in Toronto then Barrie, one of them being a Real Estate Brokerage, both of which were sold. After being licensed in 89, he strived onward for a Real Estate Broker’s License and to help the team produce an impressive sales volume yearly.
In 2010, we moved our real estate practice to the Royal LePage marketing powerhouse. Our mission is to emphasize, not only professional real estate knowledge, but a dedication to honesty, integrity, and responsiveness to every client whom we have the privilege of serving. Our devotion to every client and attention to detail has been the driving force behind our sales growth in the real estate market since 1989.

Will Lawler, sales representative, has been ingrained in the real estate business for his whole life. His upbringing within a real estate family instilled a wealth of business knowledge and provided him with a natural lead-in to his role on the Lawler Team. Will is an excellent connector with an ever growing network built upon his foundation of innate people skills. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Diploma of Wind Turbine Technology from Holland College. Will has an extensive working background with experience in the wind energy industry, sales, management, customer service, production, coaching, and property maintenance. He is an avid traveler with a curiosity to understand different walks of life. His passions include skiing, kitesurfing, climbing, making music, and a love for Georgian Bay.
Heather Morris, sales representative, brings a great ability to connect and take care of buyers and their needs. Lisa Viktil, executive assistant, is a very competent partner and has been with us since 1990 managing the team office, caring for clients and overseeing projects and suppliers.
